Check this list before calling for service- feel free to call our office with any questions on these or other issues. We will attempt to troubleshoot and resolve any issue before scheduling a service call.

Light Fixture Not Working

Check bulb
Check circuit breaker at the electrical panel
Is the switch working

Outlets In Kitchen Or Bath Not Working

Check the outlet for GFCI buttons, press reset to make sure outlet is functioning
Check circuit breaker at the electrical panel

Portions Of The Home Without Power While Others Operating Properly

Check all circuit breakers at the electrical panel
Call your utility company to see if there are any brown outs

Outdoor Lighting On Motion Detector Not Functioning

Check the bypass switch for the light to be sure it wasn’t turned to the off position
Check all bulbs
Check circuit breaker at the electrical panel

Outlet Not Working

Check circuit breaker at the electrical panel
Plug different items into the outlet to insure it is not the appliance
Cross check the appliance by plugging it into another outlet

Circuit Breaker Continues Tripping

Turn the affected circuit breaker to off position if not completely off and reset
Unplug the appliance if applicable and plug a different item in to the outlet to test if it is the appliance itself rotary timer for lights not working
Check the time to insure it is properly set
Be sure you have changed it for daylight saving time
Check to be sure the on/off pegs are correctly installed (if applicable)
