FRANK CALTABELLOTTA, PRESIDENT
Born in Sicily, Italy, Frank Caltabellotta moved to America when he was sixteen months old, to grow up in New Rochelle, New York. Frank took courses in house wiring in High School and decided to continue the work after graduating in June, 1985. He began his first job for a small electrical company on July 1, 1985 and continued working for the same company until April, 1994, after eight and a half years. From there, he decided to start his own company and his friend, Fred was on board to partner in the business. Frank currently lives in Somers with his wife of 18 years Marie, who is also A-Amp’s office manager, his three children: Sabrina, Daniella and Mario, and his two dogs. Frank also enrolls in regular continuing education courses to stay abreast of the latest technology, and is a member of the International Electrical Inspectors Association. Frank is licensed in Westchester County, Putnam County, and Connecticut.
FRED LORE JR., VICE PRESIDENT
Fred Lore, Jr., is a native New Yorker. Born and raised in New Rochelle, Fred’s father always told him to be sure to work with his hands. After a two-year course in house wiring in 10th grade, he knew he was going to listen to his father and work in electrical wiring. One of three boys, Fred’s older brothers are also union electricians. Fred apprenticed for five years after graduating, two for a nonunion contractor and three for a union contractor before starting the company with Frank in 1994. Fully licensed in Putnam, Westchester and Connecticut, Fred enrolls in regular continuing education courses to stay abreast of the latest technology, and is a member of the International Electrical Inspectors Association. He lives in Mahopac, New York where he’s resided for the past eight years with his wife Lorraine, and three children: Eric, Christopher, and Lindsey.
Marie Caltabellotta, Office ManagerMarie was born and raised in Westchester County, NY. She has formal education in accounting and marketing. She was formerly employed for Garthchester Realty Corp. Marie has been married to Frank 18 Years and currently lives in Somers. Together they have three children: Sabrina, Daniella, and Mario, along with two dogs. Marie has served as the Office manager for A-Amp since its inception 14 years ago.
Moises Garcia, Project Manager
Moises was born and raised in New York and grew up near Yankee Stadium in the Bronx and moved to Somers, NY in 1995. Moises has worked with Frank and Fred at A-Amp for over five years and brings with him an extensive understanding of the electrical business, other home improvement fields, as well as great organizational skills and an extensive knowledge of computer programming, networking and software. As our project Manager Moises will be sure to keep track of all aspects of your project, including material purchasing, permit filing and scheduling inspections.
